The Home Screen
How to read the Route Simplified home screen before you start building a route.
When you log in at app.routesimplified.com, you land on the Home screen. It gives you a quick summary of what's happening at your location before you start building.
Total oil collected
A daily bar chart showing the volume collected by your location over the past several weeks. Use this to spot trends — unusually low days may indicate incomplete routes or data problems.
In-progress routes
A list of routes that have been started by drivers but not yet finished. If a route from a prior day is still showing as in-progress, investigate — the driver may have forgotten to tap Finish Route, or stops may be missing dispositions.
Customers
A sortable table of all generators in your location, showing current fill level, due date, and next scheduled service. Click any row to open that generator's full record. This is the fastest way to check a specific generator's data before adding it to a route.
