Receiving and Previewing Your Route
What to do when you get a Route Simplified email and how to preview your stops before you start.
The route email
When a scheduler publishes a route for you, you'll receive an email from Route Simplified. The email includes the route name, your assigned vehicle, and the scheduled start date and time.
The email contains a link — tap it to open the route in your phone's browser.
Preview your stops
Once the route opens, you can review everything before you start:
- The full stop list in order
- Addresses and estimated arrival times
- Expected gallons at each stop
- Total route gallons, estimated hours, and miles
Tap any stop in the list to see its details.
Hold off on tapping Start Route here. Preview the route, but wait to start it until you're ready to begin your day.
Save the link
Once the route is open, bookmark the page or add it to your home screen. This gives you quick access throughout the day without having to dig back through your email.
