Finishing Your Route
How to close out a route at the end of the day.
Before you tap Finish Route, make sure the route is actually complete.
End-of-day checklist
- Complete the offload stop (if your offload is a separate location). Drive there last and complete it with 0 gallons.
- Confirm every stop has a disposition. Scroll through your stop list and make sure nothing is blank. Any stop without a disposition will appear as a gap in the route record.
- Tap Finish Route.
Tap Finish only when you're truly done. Once a route is finished, it's closed for the day. It's easy to avoid gaps — just check the list before you tap.
What happens when you finish
The route is marked complete. Your scheduler and manager can see the final result — stops completed, gallons collected, skips and their reasons. This data feeds directly into when each generator will next be scheduled.
