How to Onboard To Route Simplified
Welcome to Route Simplified!
This guide will walk you through the five essential steps needed to successfully deploy and begin using the platform.
Each step is briefly explained below. For full setup instructions, click the linked articles provided at the end of each section.
✅ Step 1: Configure Company Settings
- Coordinate with the Route Simplified team for data importing

Input company information including: Name, Address, Primary Email, Phone Number, etc.

Review company default settings.
✅ Step 2: Configure Oil Settings

Review the various oil presets—these will be used across all customers.
✅ Step 3: Create Additional Users

Navigate to the Settings pane and select Add User.

Input the user's name and email.

Assign the user to a specific depot.

Edit user permissions based on their position.
✅ Step 4: Create Assets

Create Depots.
-
Create Containers (all the various sizes deployed to customers).

Create Vehicles (these will be assigned to routes).
✅ Step 5: Configure Additional Customer Information
This is the most in-depth step of the process. Key elements include:

Set customer status (Active or Inactive).
