At Each Stop — Navigation and Arrival
How to navigate to a stop and what to do when you arrive.
Getting to the stop
Tap a stop in your list to see its details — address, last service date, and expected gallons.
Tap the map icon to open turn-by-turn directions in your phone's default maps app.
Heads up on directions: Route Simplified builds routes using truck routing — accounting for weight limits, bridge clearances, and restricted roads. When you hand off to your phone's maps app, it switches to car routing. Most of the time this is fine, but stay alert for low bridges, weight-restricted roads, and one-way streets that car directions won't flag.
Follow the stop order shown. The route has already been optimized for efficient truck routing. Running the stops in order saves you miles.
When you arrive
Tap Arrive when you reach the stop. This timestamps your arrival in the system.
After tapping Arrive, you'll see the stop's service screen — this is where you'll record your result (disposition) for the stop.
